Online scheduling is completely optional. You are always welcome to visit our Boca Raton location and drop off your items during business hours without an appointment. The new online system simply gives our customers another convenient way to schedule services, manage eligible online orders, and access online receipts.

For scheduled pickups, deliveries, and eligible repairs, you may have the option to pay in person or pay online. When online payment is selected, we will send you a secure payment link once your items have been received and your final service total has been determined. Transactions completed directly at our location will receive a physical receipt. If you would like a store receipt added to your online customer records, simply send us a photo through the website chat below, and we'll be happy to add it for you.
